Going "Lead-Free" means working with smaller operating time-temperature process window. The XPM3i offers many different configurations, this gives you the flexibility to develop a wide range of optimized processing profiles while
maintaining desired conveyor speed. XPM3i maintains strong heating zone definition for stable, robust profile development, process control, and guaranteed repeatability.
MORE EFFICIENT PROCESSING
Optimum heat transfer in this powerful, flexible system, as well as proper tunnel length, make
XPM3i the natural choice for lead-free soldering. Process at normal speeds with crisper, cleaner profiles for high lead-free yields with low defect levels. Improved gas flow and recirculation eficiency delivers superior results without an
extended machine footprint. You'll get lower peak zone -T's, lower component temperatures, and better results, board after board.
OPTIONAL COOLING PACKAGES
Enhanced Cooling systems include closed-loop coolant temperature control. High eficiency heat exchangers combined with improved process control provide the user with the capability and exibility for adjusting product cooling slopes and exit temperatures to meet challenging lead-free applications.
